QUALCOMM and Nokia entered into a subscriber unit license agreement in 1992 pursuant to which royalties are payable by Nokia to QUALCOMM at industry standard rates.

Thanks...this deal makes much more sense in light of the above statement.

I could have sworn that Nokia had a better than average deal. Does anybody else's memory match mine?
