-This agreement should also have a positive contribution to near term licenses fees and to longer term royalty payments. We are establishing a fiscal 2002 EPS estimate of $1.35. We expect this stock to trade at 50-times our calendar 2002 EPS estimate, giving us a target of $73. (QCOM has historically traded at 1.4x its growth rate which gives us a 50x multiple)
