Where do you have that DT line coming out (today/Thursday), and how many pts. a day does that thing go down... Well, I've crafted a scenario now that fits your "squiggle".....a little jello up into today's early close, and then a bogus gap up Thursday, and should be death in the 2170-2180 area (if it gets that far)... At 2170-2180 should be pretty decent r/r for shorting...I am believing it will die in the 2160-2170, forcing me to commit a bit early, and riskier then I'd like...like you said, if we definitively break the DT line (headfake allowable), then we are likely in a 5th of either a 1 or 3 (with more to go), and within the "C"......which I am now hoping does not happen, because the daily/weekly stochastics I follow will be of less use...
