Just out of curiosity, what was your viewpoint on the Electoral College when it appeared as if Dubya was going to win the popular vote, and Gore was going to win the Electoral College? An amazing number of conservatives "realized the wisdom of our founders" when the converse occurred after railing about the "antiquated" Electoral College... And after screaming states' right throughout his entire campaign who was the first to run to the US Supreme Ct when he was afraid he might lose FL? Its amazing how Bushites manage to ignore the blaring inconsistencies in their fearless leader's behavior.
