I just tried using the server addresses you posted... same results and same message. I've never been so stumped by anything like this. The ISP's tech supports are blaming it on the sites, but other people with the same ISPs can access them. I can't even open the sites on either ISP!

Many thanks for the suggestion. I was praying it was going to work. Even though it says in the lower left (above the taskbar) that it is connecting to www.XXXXX.com, the modem lights show no activity when trying to access these sites and then up pops the message.
