That's actually a very interesting idea (and I'm not trying to be facetious). Many of the followers of cult stocks are scientifically illiterate. I kept driving this point home again and again when discussing scientific frauds such as Zonagen, Chromatics Color Sciences, Research Frontiers, GUMM, etc.

If someone is willing to invest $50,000 into a company that claims mixing a little Zinc in the parts per billion into a nose gel will effectively shorten or even prevent the common cold is probably a sure bet for all sorts of telemarketing scams. I think the crooks that promote these stocks could probably do very well selling their sucker lists.
