The market may have reacted to insider selling, but let's put this in
perspective. One director sold 2.5% of his holdings, or 40,000 shares,
or a little under $1,000,000. This isn't late-breaking news. He sold
these shares between May 5 and May 23, 1997. Last year he sold about
$700,000.

Who knows, maybe the guy's buying a new house or he thought the
Picasso would look really good over the mantelpiece.

All told insiders have sold about $3.5 million this year. There's
been no insider buying, but these guys usually get options as part
of their total comp package so they don't have to buy in the open
market.
