Scott, don't read too much into it, they just filed BK. Probably someone covering their short or MM's trading it around for fractions of a penny. As for future value, someone will pick up the shell, reverse the stock and merge another company into it. The going rate now is between $250,000 and 350,000 a shell plus 10% equity to the seller. With 50 million shares out there they will reverse this deal to nothing, issue some 144 and away they go..... This deal is done.
