bwdik...

I thought I did. Tony's challenge said:

"I will pay $ 10,000.00 to anyone who is able to find one untruthfull statement in the SLPH report, PART 1 ,."

from The American Heritage Dictionary

untruthful: adj, 1. Contrary to truth. 2. Given to falsehood; mendacious

truth: n., 1. Conformity to knowledge, fact, actuality, or logic

Tony's report said that no previous Gunnerman companies are currently in existence. That is in fact, an untruth. Clean Fuels Technology is still in business, and is making a profit. The other links in my contradictions are also valid presentations of untruths in Tony's report.

My source of information for all my contradictions came from WEB searches. Nothing else. I just followed links to links to links. When it comes to information on someones college background, unless the information is posted on the web under an alumni directory or some such for a college, I can't corroborate it, nor refute it. Those stipulations were not spelled out in the challenge however. It just says "one untruthful statement". One could of course argue that I gave more than one example, though he does say in a later statement, that he "will pay $ 10,000.00 per statement". Hopefully the American Heritage Dictionary is the same one he uses. I wouldn't want to miss out just because I use a different source for my information. My investment descisions in this company include information from WEB searches, PRs and phone calls to SLPH, and yes, I have a long position in SLPH.

PS, as for a reason not to sell more SLPH on Thursday, you'll have to make your own descision on that one. I believe the technology works. I believe they are actively working with different oil companies to answer their questions and run their tests. The fact that the tests haven't been published by the oil companies nor by SLPH may be related to non-disclosure agreements, or a host of other reasons, including that it doesn't work. You'll have to decide for yourself on that one. I noticed Tony didn't report anything on whether "the process actually works", did they show you anything when you visited them? Besides the videos you included with your report?
