carranza: Suggest today is a day to enjoy. It has been clear all along that Qualcomm made some concessions on the licenses to Chinese companies for products to be used within China, but it has also been understood that the fees for export are similar to those elsewhere. The Koreans may moan and groan, and probably will, but they will also be riding the CDMA voice/data tornado worldwide with strong profits for themselves and an early entrant advantage, so I suggest you not lose too much sleep tonight over their words.
