The president is elected legally by the vote of the electoral college. That is 100% the truth.
As you say we count state Wins.

Now you can count stuff that is related to the election for propaganda and attempt to mislead by obscuring the truth of the law.

I can also count stuff that is related to the election for propaganda to illustrate the true and pure beauty of the electoral college and following the law.
