Ohmigod, this is one time I have to side with Ish. LOL! Mechanical disturbance of the upper cervical comlpex can definitely cause headache. Cervical headache is also a common diagnosis among the elderly who have advanced arthritis in that area. Manipulation in selected circumstances can definitely be effective.
