Apart from an call to QCOM's IR (reported on this thread), there has been no confirmation that QCOM has cross-licensed NOK's GSM IPR. Press releases published at the QCOM and NOK websites confirm that "neither side would reveal the terms of the licence agreements. "

One would think that acquiring GSM IPR would be a major coup that QCOM PR would shout from the rooftops....
