Lotus 1-2-3 is one of the formats supported in Excel. When opening the file, select Lotus 1-2-3 in the File Format box. (It's immediately below the filename box, on the left.)

You may need to try saving the file in Excel format too. Both 1-2-3 and Excel have several versions in common use. You'll need to determine compatibility.

Much will depend on how complete a transfer you're trying to make, with data being the simplest and macros and complex formulae being the most likely to cause difficulty.
