Hi Jay,

Still hanging around waiting for a financial collapse or something ? It's been very hard to make money from this market in these days. It is like trying to get one drop of milk by squeezing my own nipple. Boy...do I feel the pain ? And if my long position goes down to the drain, I would only say "ahahahaha". Anyway, I've noticed a recent boom in the Shanghai area, which I think could be interesting in years to come. The housing there seems to pick up steam. And the resort area are absolutely gorgeous. I still remember you recommanded me a Philipine Island for relaxation. But after the kidnapping incident, well...... I still think the place would be good without religious extremists. As far as HK is concerned, well.... not a good picture so far, when compared with Shanghai. Both are competing for foreign dollars. Hi-tech in HK seems to be a wishful thinking, as long as the people there don't develop their own niches. I guess HK would remain a service-type of city. What do ya think ?
