Soros,

For better or for worse, It's GW's America now.

I for one, think our Founding Father's would be slack jawed that their great experiment worked at all.
Then, upon further reflection they would be very proud of the Nation they created. They would have seen the US save the world from Adolf Hitler and then become the most powerful nation in the world. All based on their dream.
We fight for the rights they gave us every day. In Congress, the Supreme Court, and by various forms of legal protest.
Free speech still exists, thus allowing your Muslim physician to voice his opinion, as well as you and me.
We are no longer 13 colonies, but a huge nation made up of people whose ancestors longed to come here.
So far, as hard as the fringe on both sides have tried, we have, for all practical purposes, retained our Bill of Rights.
The statement you made, all the others are so pitiful!
means, we must be doing something right. 'Cause one thing's for certain, we may not be perfect, but we are FAR from pitiful.
Mistakes have been made and will continue to be made, but over all, I think the Founding Fathers would be very proud.

Fred
