With no debt, as I recall 50 million cash, 240,000 oz. production at 180 and possibly one of the biggest "takings" law suits (or a mining permit for one of the best projects out there)on the planet. Enterprise value is only US 128 million, so fundamentally IMO the cheapest producer on the market, hands down. And it needs to find new hands. I'm guessing NDY/FN. Maybe FN can steal it, would be par for the course. That's alright cause my shrunk down stake in TVX is peanuts next to my FN holding. I sense that mgt. or some inside sources has regularly leaked or poorly secured news, and then cut a weak deal for shareholders. Lately stock has been fading in anticipation of a flood of stock seeking liquidity starting July 10th. It will be interesting to see who buys? If you can stomach more of this company's pain, you'll possibly see even a bit more dirt cheap stock. I can take punishment, but TVX is a bit much to go back to the trough for more at least for me. I'm merely holding at this point.
