TVX 1. What about the possibility of delisting due to low share price or low capitalization (what is the NYSE requirement?). I don't imagine they would want to do another reverse split given that it's no longer a bondholder requirement. Maybe a move to the AMEX or NASDAQ BB? 2. Who's running the show now that Davis and Batista are out? What are their motivations? 3. <<and possibly one of the biggest "takings" law suits>> In what court could they sue the government of Greece? If they won, who would make Greece pay? If they got the mine, how comfortable would it be to have a business in a country where you sued the government?
