Ahh, c'mon... I liked your "sound of crushed nuts" taunts better. You're slipping a bit nowadays.

As for the license today, it's great for IDCC. It clears the way for all 3G IPR licensing.

Not to mention, it rewards a company with essential IPR. As an IDCC shareholder, I would much prefer those companies with essential IPR (such as QCOM, ERICY, etc.) be paid or be able to leverage such ownership rather than not.

If QCOM can't license their patents, it would not bode well for IDCC...

Of course, you already know NOK has previously licensed IDCC's CDMA patent portfolio. Good to see QCOM catch up. {ggg}
