Jay, I buy BEFORE the irrational exuberance. I sell into hysteria, usually getting the peak.

I made an exception for Globalstar, which has been a great blow.

The Red Herring article is old. China is going flat out on CDMA. Nokia just signed up too.

Incidentally, I was reading some disconcerting articles about the default rate of credit in Philippines, Indonesia and here and there in the East [or, the West from NZ's point of view]. Something to do with the USA not pulling them out of the mess which started in 1997 and which hasn't been resolved.

I think I'll just whistle, look the other way and ignore it! They just need a bit of CDMA.
