Mr. Mitchell, I apologize if I posted anything that is not accurate.

I did call Alydaar via their 1800 number today. I hit zero and the operator came on line. I asked if I could please talk to the person who is in charge of answering investors questions. She told me that it was Mr.Dudchik(sp?). Then I was transferred to ext. 2049. There was no answer and I hit the zero button again. I told here that there was no one there. She said please hold on and I was transferred again.

I did not get the 2nd persons name, but I assumed it was Mr. Dudchik.

I asked the person if ALYD has a automated solution? They said yes.

I asked them if the entire process is automated? They said no.

I asked them what would be a fair estimate of how much of the process is automated? The person said that some languages are easy to convert and some are harder to automate, and he named (assembler)?

I asked him if it would be a reasonable figure to say that they can automated about 85 to 90 percent of the process on the average? He said that would be a fair number.

If my post is inaccurate, I apologize, but that is honestly what I was told. I hope that you would correct any of the statements you feel are incorrect.

My biggest question is why are all these companies saying that they have an automated solution when they don't? Even if Paul is right about CSGI, they can only do two of the three steps. I consider automation as pushing a button and its done for you. I haven't seen anyone say they could do that.

I am in no way an expert or even knowledgeable in this area. My posts here are only for discussion purposes only. Please only look at them in that manner.

H.P.
