When I look at the oil/ drillers, I see very bearish chart patterns. Sure, they are very oversold, so they may give a nice bounce. They may selloff some more. In the intermediate term, I don't see any positives. They've all made big runs over the last 1 1/2 years. 400-600%+.

Buying for a quick bounce (1 week) may work. I wouldn't buy until I see some base-building at least, and buy signals at best.
