Well, I've read that it will get worse before it gets worse, and that profits will even get worse. I also read that consumer spending WILL fall. It's just a matter of time I guess. And, the energy crisis is supposed to spread. I think people are nuts to think that oil is going to plummet here.
I was looking for a summer rally, but now almost everyone is looking for it, and the market never does what everyone expects.
Yeah, the internet run and IPO bubble was a once in a lifetime deal, a helluva bubble.
I agree that most analysts are nothing but cheerleaders. And, they're like used car salespeople. No problem, most of them will probably lose their jobs soon.
I agree, it's far from over.
There's no fundamentals in the market, no earnings, high valuations, stock pumping, insiders dumping, hopers and dreamers, hallucinations, scams, bankruptcies, delistings, layoffs, etc..
I may have to walk away, and wait for the real bottom, the grind over the next year may be like watching paint dry, I may have to get back to school, finish the basement, play golf, go swimming, take the money from the big bubble, and RUN.
Anyway, it was nice going to the pool today, cookout next.
