Pseudo/Max - The the issue of Bexxar patient hospitalization was discussed on this thread some time ago (see Post 372 for starters). In essence, the treating hospital can release the patient if they perform an analysis and give the patient proper instruction in accordance with a recently issued Nuclear Regulatory Commission Guide. According to Roger, statements made at annual meeting seem to indicate that Idec still believes that hospitalization will be the rule, rather than the exception. But there is no question that, in most States, the hospital will have the option of releasing the patient if they so choose.
