Nothing obviously!

No one honestly believes that the Chinese people are so stupid as to not understand the natural cycle of the river.
Do Chinese people wake up in the middle of the night, run outside in their underwear and fall confused into the river to drown?

The entire world community says it is a bad idea, get with the program. No one understands the long term effects of this type of program. We should not play God on so large a scale.
