CG, Just like Ish said, there is little choice because of the strength of the AMA, and it's influence over the FDA. I go to Chiropractors for anything related to bones, other than breaks which I have been fortunate not to have, and specialist doctors, preferable those from another country who are fellows with a teaching hospital, for those ailments that fit the category they are specializing in. That way I find doctors eager to serve, and to heal, without consideration of collecting fees, and who don't think they know everything, as you do.
Perhaps cirrhosis cannot be cured, but it can be arrested with no further damage to the liver, and the liver can regenerate, which mine has begun to do.
If you didn't sit on your butt all day long, looking at xrays, or posting on SI, you might be able to update what little education you may have. |
