I don't know which real estate bubble you're referring to. Where I live, there was some appreciation, but prices have stalled considerably in the last 12 months. This is one of the top 5 school districts in my state, one of the top 10 towns most requested of real estate agents. Bubble on the west coast? I can see that. Still, I haven't read an article in recent memory that hasn't had some kind of paragraph that ended in a fashion similar to yours.... Then again, I read the Economist almost exclusively, and they've had their finger on that button for 4 years.
