Candles say no, not yet... I still believe in the company, but I (IMHO) don't believe that WIND has hit a bottom. Reason, neg on the candles, stochastics, moving averages etc... I will wait, and HOPEFULLY get in close to the bottom. BTW, I'm long WIND. Take Care one and all!
