Well, that makes sense to me. De-emphasize the P4 and roll out boatloads of Tualatin P3 desktops.
With limited 0.13 capacity due to delay of the necessary tools, why not build twice as many tiny-die-size Tualatins rather than P4's? Plus, P4 has not been selling well, so "go with the flow."
