Investor,
Can't argue with anyone taking a 40% profit made in such a short time period. However, I do agree that the stock is far from finished in its ascension. Why?

1) Industry outlook. Deregulation of the telephone industry has opened up competition and, subsequently, caused a dramatic increase in telco spending on equipment as the telco's rush to upgrade their systems. This spending may increase as 1997 unfolds.

2) CGN has excellent products (this is according to my broker)

3) Volume in shares traded per day is still fairly dry. This story is still unknown to most of the Street. With so few shares outstanding it won't take much interest or "hype" to move this stock upwards rapidly. This stock has already moved 200+ % on fairly minimal volume.

4) Conservative estimates. Even if CGN merely hits .60 for the year, if the stock trades at an industry PE of about 25 then $15/share is doable. Personally, I'm looking for much more than .60. Right now its too early to tell how much more but I do think that this quarter's report will provide valuable insight.
