Normally Mossad can't murder people, unlike what some people claim on this thread. The name of the person on the hit list is presented to the office of the Prime Minster. The PM passes the list to such secret judicial court that even the Israeli SC don't know about. This court meets as required in the house of one of the 12 members that are civilian or military personality! The condemned man is assigned a lawyer that will plead his case in earnest and their is a public defender that asks for the execution. This is a real court in absentia! If the tribunal opts for execution the decision goes to the Prime Minster where he signs the execution order. It goes to the head of Mossad where he signs and pencils down "take extreme measures!" Then it goes to a case officer that sends assigns the hit squad.

People who were taken out "must" have the blood of Jews on their hands or must be in position to kill Jews!

This was how this affair was practiced until now. It changed
as of yesterday. Mossad will go after Palestinians, Arabs, Belgiums, or whoever is considered potentially dangerous to the Jewish State, and they will get them, Sharon knows how to play hard ball, and he could careless about the public opinion! This is the latest development as of July 4th, 2001, and approved by PM.
