Edward..yes I am still a shareholder and in fact have been buying more and at this rate I may have to file insider reports :) Fundamentally, I think this company is extremely cheap with a market cap of about $22 million and sales of about $40 a ratio practically unheard of in the industry. Yes, the lawsuit with OSTE is outstanding, but I have come to conclude even if they lose and are mandated or agree to pay a royalty they will still become profitable once the legal expenses stop. They have a sales force of about 1,000 reps. and are developing new products..but alas until the legal stuff is out of the way, both companies will continue to bleed red ink. If you look at a 2 yr chart of the two companies it show how both suffered equally..perhaps I am a bit naive but cant help but think that some common sense will prevail? finance.yahoo.com happy investing, andras
