Skeeter, not only is it hard, it gets pretty darn compulsive as well. Jason's search for the Golden Fleece was no less elusive than the audiophiles' quest for perfection. The ultimate moment when the prefect gear in the perfect room with the perfectly recorded and produced music transports one to another reality.......And pity the poor analogue freak that can't go by a rummage sale or a Goodwill without "stopping for a second to see if there are any records there". Hey, I was driving across country a few weeks ago and stopped in Billings Montana to visit the local thrift. Walked in and there was a VG copy, with shrink wrap still on, of MERC SR 90310 BALALAIKA FAVORITES !. Whoa, dude, Bill didn't feel any more excited watching the top of Monica's head than I felt when I saw the beauty sitting there in middle of nowhere!
