OT "Everyone will argue with me on this, but I ask how employee's are governed in a corporation? How is power distributed? It's more like communism than democracy. It's definitely not a dictatorship" The employee can go to the pay window to pick up the check and there by accept the situation or one can tell management what they could do with that check and go elsewhere. Communism doesn't offer the variety of choices. Sacz
