This is just a thought,but i think it all hindges on lower prime rates.Once the prime interest rates drop to 3%,maybe 31/2%,you'll probably see expansions through mergers and aquisitions of all the the industries involved in the market.Expansion is possible and profitable when prime rates are at these levels and it also allows for software upgrades to make these companies run more efficiently.It seems to me that we're approaching prime rate levels that will entice big business to expand and make these upgrades. Once these companies have picked up their low interest rate loans,they'll want to buy back into the market again at all time market lows.This should stimulate this market and encourage small investors to buy back in again,which would stimulate it even more.I think buy the second qt. of 2002 ,we'll all be happy campers.JMHO |
