Gore manufactured his votes. The actual count will never be known. The plan was to overwhelm the real votes with the fake. The Democrats court fight was a last-ditch effort they didn't expect.

You may not want to go find the information on the Internet, but the left wing fraud was exposed in 2000. If a few states manage to eliminate even 10% of the Democrats' fraud by 2004, Bush will win in a landslide. But you liberals will still consider the fixing of elections (1960, 1976, 2000) some kind of birthright...
