Paul, the true believer should be blissful: <This chip set (440BX) should offer 100 MHz system clock speeds - a real performance enhancer.> Wrong. For PPro and P-II dual-independent-bus (DIB), the bus speed does not matter. You can check it out yourself on any PPro board that support different bus frequencies (pretty scarce these days). On business applications, benchmark scores at 50x4=200 are EXACTLY EQUAL to 66x3=200MHz.
