I agree, rules could have been clearer

I just think he didn't realize people would take that to mean any tiny little difference. He would automatically lose any bet like that based on different data sources and specific legal meaning of certain words. It'd be like me saying I bet $10,000 I weigh 125 pounds. Then you put me on an atomic scale that goes to the tenths of a pound and won't let me take my shoes off and I end up weighing 125.01 pounds. That's not quite in the spirit of the challenge. Everyone would automatically lose any challenge like that. If this goes to attorneys, that would be just plain silly, even sillier than slph's lawsuit.

Again, my personal opinion, I didn't make the rules, I have nothing to do with the bet.
