I somewhat agree, however..

Such "omittances" would certainly fall under HIS scrutiny
if the tables were turned.. After all, that's sort of how
he makes a living.. Finding little, as well as larger "mistakes" in SEC filings, PRs etc etc..

It's the challengers responsibility to SPELL OUT THE RULES and then stick to them. Interpretation disputes can be settled on an "as need" basis, so we may not have seen the
last of this..
