The spiral is due to the chairman of the board and two of the directors resigning. The directors who resigned include Martha Billes ( Canadian Tire). When top notch people such as herself and the chairman resign you know that something is not quite right with the company. Its usually the case that something or someone is trying to take the company in a direction that the board ( or members of the board ) dont want the company to go. Since Forest is the major shareholder, one can assume that something that they have done or want to do is the cause for the upset. Knowing the quality level of those who have resigned, there has to be a pretty good reason that they will not go along with whatever is happening. This does not bode well for us "little shareholders". Forest may own 65 %, but their interests are certainly not our best interests.

Dont forget the oil is still there. Wouldnt it be interesting if Forest was acting in such a way as to impact the share price. It certainly would be cheaper to buy the % that they dont already own. Maybe they know something that we don't??
