These self serving option protecting loan taking global jetting bunch of monkey sht for brains world domination out of control your money spending freaks KNOW that they have lost the support of shareholders. KNOW they are vulnerable. KNOW the company could be taken from their control cheap. And KNOW the free ride would be over. So they concoct up this rights plan to cover their sorry perk grubbing arses. They are out of control with OUR money.
