Possible, but don't forget...a similar situation happened last quarter where disappointing earnings came one after the other. Everyone thought it was bottom and the market rallied. Now we have even crappier earnings and no recovery in sight until next year. Bottom again? Rally time? In my eyes, the market has yet to capitulate because they keep looking for that bottom. Too many investors looking for that chance to jump in. When the market truly bottoms, that won't happen.
