Why is it that the energy crisis is suddenly gone? And no power plants have yet been built and no new oil-drilling has begun in fragile wilderness areas. If you can answer that question I will forever pay tribute to you. But you don't want to answer it, do you? You don't even want to think about the massive corruption which just took place. But the rest of the world does want to hear the story and they will soon. The Democrats are licking their chops for 2002. Why bring out the story now? Why not sit on it and wait until Bush hangs himself out to dry and is twisting in the wind with all his congressional buddies trying to jump like rats off a ship. The SS Bush is going down. And there will be no captain in charge either. Just a midshipman in a captain's uniform. Bush is in way over his head.
