They had their best unit quarter ever - and for this coming quarter they are moving into mobile again surprisingly quickly, and even dabbling in SMP.

AMD is continuing to gain market share, despite Intel's doing everything they can to try to slow them down.

AMD is also showing the full cost of its capex as depreciation on its income statement - so it can keep going at the present rate indefinitely, even if it reports near zero earnings.

Intel is spending $1.5 Billion more per quarter than they are willing to recognize as costs on their income statement - something that will finish them as a going concern if they keep it up for too many more quarters.
