Been away for a little bit but not asleep....Winburn Advisory, if I recall correctly, is none other than uber-Crim Rene Hamouth of NCDR fame.

Looks like Rene wants to get rid of his remaining shares.

PS A private company in NY is going around with a PPM trying to raise money to do the same thing sCamDDD is claiming.
