What am I missing here? This company has a strong cash position, low debt and increasing revenues. There is a very
large contract coming up which they could be a part of although the competition does look pretty stiff. In today's market
environment this company appears to be better than most. OAOT is trading at 1/2 the book/cash value and have been
increasing revenues...go figure...

OAO Technology Solutions provides a wide range of outsourced information technology solutions and professional
services, including the operation of large-scale data center complexes and networks, systems management, staffing
services and other technology services. For the three months ended 3/31/01, revenues rose 3% to $39.5 million. Net
income fell 51% to $346 thousand. Results reflect increased revenues from the AMS contracts, offset by higher
marketing expenses.
