Brodderick was allegedly raped by Clinton dear- unless you were there and saw it, or until it is proven in a court of law, you probably ought to say allegedly- if you want to be accurate. If you just want to rile people- by all means, say it as if it were fact- but it isn't, yet.

Edit- come to think of it, with all the mistakes juries make even after a trial it still might not be fact, but I would allow that after a trial the word allegedly would not need to be used. Because fact or no fact- guilt would have been established beyond a reasonable doubt- however ridiculous that actually is in practice.
