I would prefer to write puts and keep all the time premium.

If you get the stock put to you, you get a good stock for a discount, as you will have received the time premium.

If you guess wrong, or don't want the stock during any particular time frame, you can then just roll them over again. Works as long as the company fundamentals remain intact.

This strategy has been very successful for me in the past, but is not for the faint hearted.
