Tunica - yes you are correct.

but administrators can't squeeze more productivity out of workers by adding computer anything. (No real applications to help productivity)

No real need to even network other than to the database. I disagree with having an entirely intranet. Obviously Administrators want to surf themselves and kill time. Or they would lock everybody down. and be hard asses. :0)

tough to give perks to hospital workers other than money. Would make a nice perk. ... saying you can surf as long as your patient doesnt die and you get your work done. :0)
