Hey Tim,

Sure, you could that if you had too. It does require a great deal more capital to make it happen. It might not be as popular because of that larger money reserves. On the other hand, it may beat CD rates for the very conservative investor. I always say folks should not exceed their ability to absorb the risk. Bottom line is comfort level with a clear mind and emotions to act and react.
